Nadine Francis J.P. N.P is Head of the Property and Estates practice group. She is responsible for the firm’s property and probate practice. She has over 33 years of experience in wills, estate planning, and a broad range of property transactions including condominium development, financing structures, and residential and commercial real property transactions.
Nadine started her practice at the law firm of Richards Francis & Francis from 1989 to 1998, before leaving to form the law firm of Francis & Forrest (later Christopher Francis & Forrest). In 2010 she formed Terra Law Limited with Helen Forrest.
Nadine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a member of Middle Temple in London, and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1989, and the Bermuda Bar in 1990.
