Helen Forrest is Head of Corporate Law at the firm. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, banking, structured finance, as well as regulatory and legislative compliance.
Helen began her practice at Richards Francis and Francis Attorneys in 1986, before leaving to form Francis and Forrest, (later Christopher Francis Forrest) with Nadine Francis in 1998. Helen Forrest and Nadine Francis then went on to form Terra Law Limited in 2010. She attended Oxford University, where she received her Master of Arts (MA Jurisprudence), followed by The College of Law, London.
She was admitted to the bar of England and Wales in 1984, and the Bermuda Bar in 1996.
